Regardless of how quickly homes are reserved or sold in a community, building every home to specific quality standards takes time. Traditionally, cable, security, and Internet providers will not offer their services until at least half of the homes are built; depending upon how streets are built and utilities installed, some companies will not guarantee service until all homes are complete.
“We’re trying something new here at Heron Pond, by offering AT&T/U-verse and its security package as the sole provider of services,” Kris says.
Beginning in May, AT&T customer support representative Ellis Axson will be hosting Lunch & Learn sessions in the model home at Heron Pond, to provide information, answer questions, and prepare prospective Heron Pond homeowners for the exciting new features that they will be privy to in their new homes.
